This famous maqbara of India is also popular with the name "Tomb of the lady". The beautiful architecture is inspired by the Taj Mahal so also famous with the name "Mini Taj of Deccan". The magnificent structure was built in the 17th century by Azam Shah (son of Aurangzeb). You may find a number of similarities between the great Taj Mahal and this mini Taj. Taj Mahal was built For Aurangzeb’s mother, Mumtaj where Bibi Ka Maqbara is dedicated to his wife.
Early morning or late evening is the best time to visit this historic site. The environment will be pleasant after winters and that could be also a great time for tourists to visit this Mini Taj Mahal of Deccan. Indian visitors need to pay Rs. 20 entry fee whereas foreign tourists needs to pay Rs. 250. This maqbara keeps open for all the days from morning 8 AM to 8 PM in the evening.
